Works great out of the box. I have been using it for three weeks now. It comes with a virtual wall that takes two D cell batteries, not included, replacement sweeper arms and mop pad. It still vacuums with the mop attached. After using it for three days, the sensors didn't work as well and it would drive off a few inch dropoff to another room in my, which it wouldn't do before. The sensors appeared clean but I wiped them off anyway and then it was fine. Now I wipe off the sensors every few days, which is no big deal. For the price, its great. I have two pets and it really keeps the pet hair off the floor. With the mop attached, you need to keep an eye on it, as it tends to get stuck more often.

I did my research on this product. Viewed a real test video before deciding to make the investment.
Definitely great on tile, wood, linoleum and other non-carpet flooring. I have several small door mats, it will go on it and pick up what it can. It lifts over small bumps. I have 4 dogs, lots of hairballs. picked up everything but it does take a few passes. Goes back to the charging station soon as the power is low. I have a large space with 4 separate rooms, approx 1000sf, makes it through every room. It did get stuck a few times towards the edge of a door but let's you know to check the wheels. IF you're not home and want to leave it on, make sure there are no obstacles in the way. I have not used the mop feature yet, not sure i will but if i need to it will be handy. Very good product.

I'm impressed, especially with how small and simple the robot is.
We have several robots, from mowing machines to vacuums. Given our open floor plan, we need robots that can map rather than randomly bouncing around (early roomba style). This robot has no visible cameras, LIDAR, etc, but still manages to look very intelligent moving around in straight lines through the house.
It seems to understand the difference between walls and table legs, even coming back to areas it didn't clean minutes later. You can tell it has a map as it slows down near areas where it bumped into an obstacle previously, and will occasionally try to push past the obstacle to explore more area. We have used this on ceramic tile, bathroom tile, and hardwood - all work great, and we cant tell the difference even with the damp setting.
Super happy with the low entry cost (compared to other mapping robots) and performance!

Bob is definitely Mother's little helper! I received Bob as a re-packaged product inspected and guaranteed from Amazon. Everything was there and no pieces were missing. no damage to my beautiful pal Bob. The vacuum is not an eye sore in a beautiful deep red finish. The noise level is much quieter than I expected. My baby can sleep with Bob taking care of the carpets but he is a bit more noisy on hard floor (to be expected due to acoustics). I had an early model of Roomba years ago and would get frustrated at how easily it would get stuck and the canister would fill up. Bob has not disappointed 9 times out of 10 he will get himself unstuck and the canister is quite large. I have 2 large hairy dogs and two cats that do their fair share of shedding. It was a constant chore to keep the fur under control and floors free of dirt. I was tired of baby not being able to play on the floor because even after I vacuumed she would have hair on her. But bob <3!... He has made a world of difference! I don't have to spend a ton of time on floors. I come home or when I get up turn him on and let him go. THRILLED with Bob!

Review:
I named him Fred, he arrived quickly, easy instructions. He works perfectly. I have pets, so I have to clean his dust trap often as expected. Easy to clean and charges well. I put up a few blocks to keep him from getting trapped, it is a vacuum after all. Not as expensive as the higher end models, I am very satisfied.
